Red Hawk Golf & Resort in Sparks offers two championship courses that overlook the beautiful Spanish Springs Valley. The natural features of the landscape, which was formerly a working ranch, define the golf courses. The Hills Course is known for its dramatic elevation changes. Rolling fairways and small, undulating greens provide challenges throughout. There are also deep bunkers filled with pristine white marble sand strategically placed along the greens and fairways, giving a striking contrast to the lush green landscaping and the sparkling blue lakes. The signature hole, aptly nicknamed "The Beast," is the par-5 10th hole. Golfers will be able to grip it and rip it down the right of the fairway on this 700-yard hole just be cautious of the bunkers along that side and with some good shots, you will be rewarded with a defenseless green.
