Diablo/Outlaw at Badlands Golf ClubThere are three challenging nines at Badlands Golf Club, which is conveniently located just 25 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. The nines are played in three different 18-hole combinations that will test your target golf skills. The Diablo/Outlaw combination winds across deep canyons and ravines with cliffs and water hazards separating most of the holes. The challenging landscape is made even more treacherous with the addition of strategically placed bunkers along the greensides. The Diablo nine is the longest while Outlaw is the shortest but distance is not as much a concern on this golf course. Accuracy is the key to doing well here. The course finishes with an impressive par-5 hole that is one of the club's best risk-reward opportunities. Golfers who successfully carry the 240 yards onto the green might possibly finish with a birdie but anything less will be faced with a watery grave.
