Desperado/Diablo at Badlands Golf Club

Badlands Golf Club is home to 27 holes of championship golf. The holes are divided into three nines: the Outlaw, the Desperado, and the Diablo; that are played in three 18-hole combinations. All three nines tumble across deep canyons and arroyos, a landscape that requires deft management. The Desperado/Diablo golf course is target golf at its most challenging. It would be wise to get some practice in on the driving range before tackling this tricky layout. Length is not particularly important but accuracy is a must. One of the most memorable holes is the par-4 15th on the Diablo nine. This hole presents a risk-reward opportunity that could result in a birdie. Play conservatively and hit the fairway to the left or risk trying to carry the ravine and take a short wedge into the green.
